My name is Marie-France.  I am a qualified, registered and accredited counsellor/psychotherapist with over 20 years' experience. I hold an enhanced DBS to work with vulnerable andults an young people from the age of 16 years and offer short and longer term therapy as well as open ended therapy.

I am an approved therapist for the following providers: Aviva, Axa PPP Healthcare, Bupa, Care-First, Cigna, Compsych, Health Assured, Lifeworks, Moving Minds, Nuffield, The Police Firearms Officers Association (PFOA), Validium, and Work Place Options.

I have extensive experience working with the full range of life's troubles and challenges including relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, bereavement, stress and work related issues.

I aspire to offer a therapeutic relationship that is accepting and non-judgemental, and in which people can be supported and challenged to find their own way forward to work towards the changes they would like to make.

My practice is based in Wingham just outside Canterbury and is within easy reach of Canterbury, Sandwich, Deal, Dover, Whitstable, Thanet and the surrounding areas.  There is a regular bus service a short walking distance away and ample free parking is available.
